POSTAGE

All Parcels will be send from Agnes Water via Express Post Network.

Standard Postage and Free Shipping Orders are generally posted within 2-5 business days.

Fast Tracked Express Orders are posted within 1-2 business days. Please note that this option needs to be selected at checkout.

Please ensure to select insured shipping method, if you are ordering a high value of Goods. Should your goods get lost in Transit, you will be compensated to the entire value.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been posted including your tracking number, which can be tracked on the Australia Post website

Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.

In the Event of a lost Parcel, the Australia Post Guidelines state, that you need to wait up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive (although they usually arrive well before then). Before lodging a case.

Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to Australian Post system Errors. You need to contact Australia Post for more Information on tracking.

Items returned to sender due to incorrect information will incur a re-delivery and admin charge of AUD $29.99.
