We are not responsible for any loss or damage by Australia Post.If your parcel has not arrived in the time frame given by us or has been damaged by Australia Post, please contact Australia Post.
To cover lost in transit Items, please select insurance cover at check out, to be eligible for any compensation.
We do not cover postage cost for change of mind returns and only refund the cost of the Items in form of a store credit, no refund will be given.
Any Promotional vouchers are valid for a period of 10 month and will void once the timeframe has passed.
We keep the right to cancel, discontinue or void any promotional offers, reward systems or discount at any given time.
Your privacy is important to us, any information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose of your Order. We will not supply or sell your information to a third party under any circumstances.
If you provide us with your information, you agree that we may use you your information to send updates information & newsletters relating to Lil' Puppet.
REFUND / CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any Order can only be changed or cancelled before shipment has taken place. No refund will be given and a store credit will be handed to the Customer to use within 6 months. Orders paid with AfterPay will be subject to a cancellation and administration fee of $29.95
Lil' Puppet will not replace any Items that have wear and tear by the buyer or be responsible if the buyer has damaged the Item in any way.
Exchanges can be made at the buyers cost within 7 days. Store credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received and inspected by our team. Items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.
All charges related to returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer. This includes any taxes or duties levied by your country. We do not cover postage cost for change of mind returns and only refund the cost of the items in form of a Store Credit, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges on sale items
Unless an incorrect or faulty item has been sent, which will be replaced by us and is subject to available stock. Please contact us via email with relevant photos of damage/ incorrect garments.
All Parcels will be send from Agnes Water via Express Post Network.
Standard Postage and Free Shipping Orders are generally posted within 2-5 business days. This is not applicable to pre-orders.
Fast Tracked Express Orders are posted within 1-2 business days. Please note that this option needs to be selected at checkout.
Pick up at Warehouse in Agnes Water, QLD only.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been posted including your tracking number, which can be tracked on the Australia Post website
Items returned to sender due to incorrect information will incur a re-delivery charge of AUD $29.90.
