Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 7 day returns policy. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligable for a return or refund.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to lodge a return. Please provide a reason for this return, your order number and photographs if the return is due to a faulty garment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved for refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this payment to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank and paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your credit is applied.

Unfortunately we don't offer returns on any sale items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to exchange for a different size or item, it your responsibility to take all shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
